Mining News Pro - Continental Gold Inc. (TSX:CNL) today released a series of photos showing construction advancements at its flagship Buriticá project in northwestern Antioquia, Colombia. The project remains on schedule for construction completion and first gold pour in H1 2020, says the company.

Shares of Continental rose by over 6% at market close Wednesday. The Toronto-based miner has a market cap of C$926.2 million.
Today’s movement follows up on Continental’s encouraging assay results on Buriticá released in June, which sent the stock to a nine-month high.
Last month, the company secured a C$25 million financing with prominent precious metals investor Eric Sprott.
