According to Mining News Pro - Mohammad Baniasadzadeh, CEO of National Copper Industry Co. (Nicico) said: With the help of infrastructures and all of practitioners and shareholders, the company is experiencing its good days.
He added: “In the first nine months of this year, we produced 226 thousand tons of copper and we hope to reach 305 thousand tons by the end of the year.
Baniasanzade said that in the same period, Nicico established a new record in producing concentrate by producing 883 thousand tons.
CEO of Nicico said that the goal of reducing the price of finished products has been one of our most important goals this year and explained: A workgroup has been made for this issue, so that the copper’s cost of production reached 2133 dollarsl, which is the same with major global producers.
