According to the electricity suppl approach for mines and mining industries under the management of IMIDRO, the second phase of Mobarakeh Steel Co. Gas Power Plant, the first unit of Aluminum Al Mahdi and Gol Gohar gas power plants are ready for operation by the end of 1402.
The total capacity of Mobarakeh power plant is 914 MW, and the capacity of Al-Mahdi and Gol-Ghor power plants are 546 MW each.
