“We have two concentrate plants with a total capacity of 5 million tons and a pellet plant with a capacity of 5 million tons. The pelletizing unit was opened 4 years ago and last year this unit managed to record a production amount of 3 million 304 thousand 124 tons. Despite the difficulties, we managed to supply 3.6 million tons of iron ore concentrate last year,” he explained.
“Total amount of production for the last year is 9.7 million tons. The capacity of Sangan Steel pelletizing unit is 5 million tons per year” Shamsinia added.
