Mining News Pro - According to the CEO of IMPASCO, the assigned companies experienced an increase in their production.
Vajihollah Jafari said this in the annual assembly of IMPASCO.
“With the assignment of IMPASCO’s subsidiaries we saw the increase in the production. Nakhlak unit reached from 1800 tons in 2016 to 8000 tons in 2020. Also, Sabzevar Ferrochrome productions jumped from 8000 tons to 20,000 tons,” he explained.
“None of IMPASCO’s subsidiaries are in the environmental pollutants list from two years ago and that is a great achievement for us. There are more achievements like the observation of IMIDRO on 6 complexes, 11 projects and observing the employment of 7600 people in IMIDRO companies and complexes, which we are happy about it,” Jafari added.
He said that 44,000 meters of exploratory drilling, adding 1.66 billion to mineral resources, attracting investors and inking 88 contracts are other actions which IMPASCO did this year.
