Mining News - The second phase of the Copper Chain Complex, an area of 1800 hectares today, was held May 4th with the presence of the chairman of the IMIDRO Agency.
Mehdi Karbasian, the chairman of IMIDRO’s delegation who visited the province of Kerman to visit the copper chain plans, laid the foundations for the construction of the town.
The second phase of the Copper Chain Complex is 1800 meters, 500 hectares being built by the National Copper Company to create a copper town on the upstream and downstream.
Also 150 hectares of land in this area is dedicated to the creation of a dedicated solar power plant. 500 hectares of the total area of the project will be created by Iran-China Investment Company to attract foreign investment.
Mehdi Karbasian, chairman of IMIDRO board of directors on the sidelines of the Rafsanjan Special Economic Zone, visited the Iran Minerals Production and Supply Company (IMPASCO) factory in the area.
