According to Mining News Pro -The Bank of Industry and Mines paid $ 9,500,000 worth of facilities to run Siraj Khoy CNG Cylinder and generated 80 direct jobs.

The amount of facilities granted to the automobile carpet of Chaybar was one billion and 500 thousand euros of currency facilities and 6 billion USD of rials, resulting in the creation of 15 jobs for the Azerbaijani people.
