According to Mining News Pro, this visit is part of a collaborative effort between the Iranian Mining and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization (IMIDRO) and the Center for Documentary and Experimental Film Development. In this regard, a joint working group is set up to select the appropriate topics for the production of documentary works in mines and minerals industries with the aim of presenting and displaying these works in prestigious domestic and foreign festivals and mass media.

The visit to the Sungun copper mine and complex on Wednesday, July 27, 1397 was the first visit by documentaries from the mines of the country in the form of this collaborative effort that will lead to the construction of a documentary.

"A special section at the International Cinema Festival has been foreseen to present the truth for the presentation of domestic and foreign documentaries related to mines and minerals, according to Nasser Bazmayhr, a consultant to the head of the mission, IMIDRO, during the visit," said the award. IMIDRO will be donated. "

Advisor to the chairman of IMIDRO`s leadership also pointed to the choice of Sungun Mine for the first visit of documentaries and said: "The image most of the cinema`s miners have in Iran is a picture of coal miners with black figures. That`s why we chose Sungun Copper Mine, an open mine, for the first time to see the documentaries seeing Iran`s mines very diverse and diverse, accounting for 10 percent of the world`s minerals in the world. The presence of such a picture of Iranian mines indicates the distance between the cinematic society of the country and the industry and the mine.

Bormicom, while expressing hope for the disappearance of the gap, emphasized that IMIDRO will provide the necessary support for the production of cinematic and documentary works.
