Mining News -According to the Iranian Mines and Mining Industries Development and Renovation Organization’s latest report, Gologhar Mining and Industrial Complex accounted for 1.54 million tons of the total output, followed by Chadormalu Mining and Industrial Complex with 748,919 tons, Middle East Mines and Mining Industries Development Holding Company with 503,130 tons, Iran Central Iron Ore Company with 460,689 tons, Goharzamin Iron Ore Company with 379,986 tons and Opal Parsian Sangan with 240,051 tons.

Production of granulated iron during the same period stood at 355,255 tons, down 27% year-on-year.
